Ordering and Delivery

What are the delivery options?

£3.95 for standard UK mainland delivery on a 3 working day service.

When will my order be delivered?

We use a 3 working day delivery service.

How will I know my order has been despatched?

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details of your
order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if
you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your
order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order
history.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will try to deliver on the next working day. If the parcel is not delivered on 3 attempts the courier will return the parcel to us. In these cases Jumini Toys reserve the right to charge you again for any re-send costs that we incur.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We do not currently offer international shipping outside the UK

General Queries

I want to send a gift to someone but don’t want them to see any invoice or price. Will there be an invoice in the packaging?

No. We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging as most of our customers send direct to the recipient.

My item is faulty what can be done?

Please contact customerservices@jumini.net  with photos of the fault and your order number, we will then be able to rectify this for you.

How do I return my item?

Please contact customer sercvices@jumini.net stating your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason why. We will then contact you with details on how to proceed.
